2. Account & Security
- • Keep API keys confidential
- • Prevent unauthorized account access
- • Report suspicious activity immediately
Accounts may be suspended for abuse or security concerns.
3. Payment & Refunds
Before Feb 5, 2026
- • Bank transfer & Marketplace payments
- • All purchases non-refundable
- • No chargebacks accepted
After Feb 5, 2026
- • Billing under Lora Technologies
- • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- • 30-day notice for price changes
4. Acceptable Use

5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI models may produce inaccurate or harmful results. You are solely responsible for verifying and using AI-generated content. Loratech is not liable for losses based on AI outputs.
6. Service Modifications
We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue services at any time. Major API changes receive 90-day notice. We strive for 99.9% uptime with advance notice for maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed your subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate access for rule violations or abuse. You may delete your account anytime. Upon termination, access ends immediately with no refund.
10. Governing Law
Until February 5, 2026: Turkish personal law applies. After incorporation: Lora Technologies jurisdiction.
